Terms & Conditions — jb66 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jb66 website accessible at jb66.io and any associated mobile-optimised interface, together with all games, betting markets, and services offered thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not that individual has registered an account.
• "Account" means a registered jb66 player account created through the registration process described in Section 4.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by jb66 that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jb66 before processing a Player's first withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which jb66 Accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Force Majeure Event" means any event outside jb66's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failure, power outage, act of government, natural disaster, or cyberattack.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering product that jb66 makes available from time to time.

2.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request closure of that Account by contacting jb66 support at [email protected].

2.4 jb66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any jb66 service. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jb66 enforces the 21+ age restriction through identity verification at the withdrawal stage and through risk-based checks during account activity. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance held in that Account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jb66 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who lack legal capacity or are acting under the influence of substances that impair judgement are prohibited from using the Platform.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Persons who have applied for self-exclusion through jb66's Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to use the Platform during the period of their self-exclusion. Any Account activity during a period of self-exclusion may result in forfeiture of winnings accumulated during that period.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player may hold only one Account on the jb66 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jb66 will treat any activity performed using your login credentials as activity performed by you and will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jb66 immediately by contacting support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. jb66 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account upon receipt of such notification.

4.5 KYC Verification. jb66 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — at any time, and in all cases before processing a first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by jb66 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality pending completion of verification.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jb66 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. jb66 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jb66 accepts no responsibility.

All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the Platform. jb66 reserves the right to decline deposits that it reasonably suspects are intended for purposes other than normal platform use, including but not limited to money laundering or circumvention of payment provider limits.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from within your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Where this is not possible, jb66 will request documentation confirming ownership of the alternative payment method before processing.

Standard withdrawal processing time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is 15 to 30 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jb66 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, receiving institutions may apply their own charges.

jb66 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed against balance that is subject to an active wagering requirement from bonus funds until that wagering requirement has been satisfied.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jb66 does not operate multi-currency accounts and does not apply currency conversion to player funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on the jb66 Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated in the offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. jb66 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim a single-use offer more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; and using systematic low-margin wagering strategies to convert bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, jb66 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void winnings derived from bonus funds, and close all associated Accounts.

6.4 Promotional Changes. jb66 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagering requirements already being satisfied in good faith at the time of the change.

6.5 One Bonus Per Offer. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 All sports bets placed on the jb66 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the Platform's sports betting section and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. jb66 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or insufficient balance at the time of placement.

7.3 Odds. All displayed odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. If odds change between the time a player initiates a bet and the time of confirmation, the confirmed odds — as shown on the bet confirmation screen — will apply.

7.4 Obvious Errors. jb66 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Bets voided under this provision will have the staked amount returned to the Player's real-money balance.

7.5 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for the market provide otherwise.

7.6 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets close at different points depending on the sport and market type. jb66 does not accept liability for bets placed on in-play markets based on information that was available to the Player but had not yet been reflected in the Platform's data feed.

8 Casino Games

8.1 All casino games available on the jb66 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — are provided by third-party certified game studios including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are those of the game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

8.2 RNG Certification. All slot and electronic table games use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical compliance. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are as published by the relevant game studio. jb66 does not modify RTP settings for games provided by certified studios.

8.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a game malfunctioning or disconnecting during play, jb66 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, the round in progress at the time of malfunction will be voided and the staked amount for that round will be returned to the Player's balance. Completed and settled rounds prior to the malfunction are not affected.

8.4 Maximum Payout. Individual game payouts may be subject to maximum single-win limits as specified in the game rules. jb66 reserves the right to apply a platform-wide maximum payout cap. Players are advised to review applicable maximum payout terms before wagering large amounts on a single game round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jb66 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a system error are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Placing bets for the purpose of facilitating, disguising, or effecting money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of a sporting event on which bets are offered on the Platform.
• Abusing the Platform's bonus system as described in Section 6.3, including through arbitrage strategies, account sharing, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to convert bonus funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jb66 support staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account or to any back-end system of the Platform.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 jb66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.

10.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held and will not be accessible for wagering or withdrawal during the suspension period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and the balance restored in full.

10.3 Where an Account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, jb66 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including any real-money funds deposited, to the extent permitted by applicable law. jb66 will notify the Player of Account closure and provide a brief explanation of the reason for closure where it is able to do so without prejudicing an ongoing investigation.

10.4 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any withdrawable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 jb66 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of player protection tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from within the Account dashboard without the need to contact support.

11.2 Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to read the full guidance available on the Responsible Gaming page. Support is also available 24/7 via Live Chat.

11.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a period of self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be inaccessible for wagering. jb66 will not send marketing communications to Players during a period of self-exclusion.

11.4 jb66 will not knowingly allow persons under 21 to use the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the Platform using their device or Account credentials.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the jb66 Platform — including but not limited to the jb66 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of jb66 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jb66.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jb66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

13.2 jb66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 jb66 is not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event. jb66 will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal operations as quickly as practicable following a Force Majeure Event.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jb66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

14.1 jb66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and which you are encouraged to read in full before creating an Account.

14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account operation, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

14.3 jb66 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jb66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice on the Platform at the time of login, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 10.4.

16 Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms and principles applicable to the jb66 Platform's operating jurisdiction.

16.2 Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the jb66 Platform, you should first contact jb66 support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. jb66 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

16.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with jb66's response to your complaint, you may request escalation to the jb66 management team by stating this clearly in your reply to the support response. jb66 will review escalated complaints within 10 business days of the escalation request.

16.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or inconsistency.
